Cook Brothers Construction Canterbury recently completed the construction of a new retail development in Lincoln on Vernon Drive. The commercial build consisted of the construction of three buildings as a base build, with the larger building being two levels.
The general structure was concrete raft slabs with a mix of concrete tilt panels and light structural steel. The external cladding features red bricks on the lower levels with Titan and Stira cladding with a metal roof. The cladding has distinctive deep grooved lines and adds an interesting design feature to the wall alongside the bricks.
Paul Cameron, our nominated Site Manager, led the build and worked closely with our nominated Trade Partners. Overall the project followed programme, budget and met our Clients expectations.
