Otago Commercial Fit-Out Design and Build / ECI
The University of Otago engaged Cook Brothers Construction Otago to fit out their Pathway & English Language Centre - creating a new home within the Otago Business School.
The University offers university preparation programmes and expert English language tuition to international students at all levels to help students achieve university entrance in New Zealand, through their Pathway & English Language Centre.
Cook Brothers Construction was the design and build contractor for the remodelling and fitout of 2,300m² of space across Level 2 and part of Level 3 at the Otago Business School. The comprehensive fit out works provides:
- Seminar Rooms
- Computer Lab
- Video Conferencing Rooms
- Meeting Rooms
- Library and Resources Room
- Student Breakout Spaces
- Administrative and Management Offices
- Open Plan Staff Office
- Ancillary/Welfare Facilities
The project was completed on schedule, within budget, and with an exceptional standard of finishing. A huge thank you to our trade partners who have been instrumental from the concept design stage through to the handover to The University of Otago.
