Creating authentic Speight’s dining experiences
Cook Brothers Construction undertook the fit-out of the iconic restaurant brand, the Speight’s Ale House, in Stonefields Auckland and on the lakefront in Wanaka.
The Speights Ale House is one of Lions concept bars, their fit-outs are constructed from a combination of schist, and timber panelling and floors. The works also included the joinery component of booths and bar.
Both projects were very fast paced with a timeframe for completion of just under 2 months. Cook Brothers Construction received great reviews and glowing references from the client.
