Southern Lakes Fit-Out
A previously empty commercial space in a high profile location in Frankton has recently been fitted out to house the new SBS Bank. Our Southern Lakes team completed this fit-out in a tight, non-negotiable time frame. The design itself was particularly challenging due to ongoing evolvement of the joinery and services. However, the team overcame these challenges with effective project management and high level of communication with the Client to ensure that the changes did not extend programme duration or exceed budget expectations.
The joinery elements and ceiling features were particularly challenging due to the various changes to adhere to new passive fire regulations. However, these elements and features are visually interesting and have resulted in an exciting corporate customer space.
Overall, the Client and representative are extremely happy with the result as both time, and anticipated budget expectations were met.
