The luxury Dreampods at Salt Float Spa boast a modern and sophisticated design.

This luxury float spa completed by our team in Southern Lakes is located in the heart of Queenstown. The project, comprised of 6 treatment rooms, 4 of which house the 'Dreampods', dedicated massage therapy rooms, changing rooms also included a relaxation room complete with luxury lounges.

Each 'Dreampod' contains 600L of water and 450kgs of dissolved Epsom salt, heated to between 35-37 degrees Celsius. The buoyancy created by the salt creates an experience of weightlessness on the body by removing the effects of gravity.

During a float experience, the brain gradually shifts from its usual waking beta state to generate deep alpha, theta or delta waves, the state-of-mind that Buddhist monks try to reach through hours of meditation and years of training. The benefits have been said to include relaxation, heightened senses, faster healing, and recovery, as well as producing a healthy boost of endorphins.

This unique project was a highlight for our Southern Lakes team with the sophisticated fit-out and beautiful design creating a peaceful and rejuvenating space for the Salt team and their clients.
