Cook Brothers Construction, together with Winton Partners, Paterson Pitts, SA Studio, Sullivan Hall and Property Group recently completed the exciting new recreational reserve in Northlake, Wanaka.
Located at the corner of Northlake Drive and Mt Burke Street the reserve is set on 11,100m2. The reserve is primed for community use complete with artificial tennis court with a removable net and inbuilt futsal goals / line marking, concrete plaza with basketball hoop, rebound wall, a shade shelter with Electric BBQ, bike parking and seating. There is also a outdoor gym space located inside a fully retained bark area and a impressive pump track for BMX bikes and skate boarders. The footpath area is fully lit with bollard lighting and a large open grass area to utilize just in time for summer.
Gifted to the local council by Winton, the reserve will benefit the Northlake and wider Wanaka community providing a fun and safe place for all ages of the Wanaka community.
