Nauhria Warehouse

Our Wānaka & Central team completed the construction of a warehouse and office space for Nauhria Group.

The Nauhria Warehouse project, located in Cromwell, features a 2068m2 warehouse with precast concrete, structural steel, a metal roof, and three large roller doors equipped with gantry cranes. The office block complements the warehouse with its timber structure.

Through innovative strategies, the team reduced project costs by minimising site management time and empowering the build team. The team worked with neighbouring properties to navigate the install of pre-cast panels, delivering and landing in an efficient and coordinated approach. Multiple changes to the build methodology opened up more work fronts, allowing the project to remain ahead of schedule and within budget.

Strong management, a positive on-site culture, and collaborative relationships with the client and consultants contributed to the seamless process. The project was completed by November 2024, ahead of its original February 2025 deadline.
