Attention, all chocolate lovers! Australian chocolate franchise Max Brenner has landed in New Zealand.
After completing the base build of the Brecon Street Upper Village Development, the Cook Brothers Construction Southern Lakes team moved on to complete the fit-out for the exciting New Zealand launch.
Being the first flagship store for Max Brenner in New Zealand, our Southern Lakes team were motivated to ensure that the Australian clients' vision came to life with a standout quality finish.
The Cook Brothers team completed FOH, BOH, chiller, storage, and prep areas with a premium chocolate theme, including an impressive chocolate wall, water feature, chocolate fountain, copper pipework and cabinetry. Challenges with procured materials from Australia and the rigours of covid required an agile team, so the Cook Brothers team utilised cloud-based software Procore to maintain clear communication in their remote setup, essential to conserving programme. Team morale was high throughout the project, exceeding the Client's expectations.
Well done to all those involved. The delicious drinks and treats will surely delight the crowds at the busy tourist hub in the heart of the Brecon St Development in Queenstown.
