The project at Matakauri Lodge involved a complete transformation of the outdoor relaxation area. The existing pool was demolished and replaced with a custom stainless steel pool, sourced from Natariu, renowned for their work on the Wanaka pool. The space now features expansive timber decks, two luxurious spa pools by Stoked, and a fully insulated sauna imported from Poland.
With a tight 12-week program, the team executed the project with precision, blending functionality and luxury to complement the lodge’s stunning surroundings and provide an enhanced guest experience.
