Kauri Flats School

Kauri Flats is a new school situated on Walters Road, Papakura. The current school roll is 261, with a Masterplan roll of 700. Our Auckland team worked on Stage 2 of the construction.

Stage 2 of this project involved the construction of 16 modern teaching spaces across three blocks, along with a new sports field, perimeter fencing, and landscaping on what was previously unused land.

Despite weather challenges, including significant flooding, and design changes, our Auckland Team maintained a strong relationship with the client and adhered closely to the budget.

Key strategies, like on-site LVL manufacturing and resource efficiency, helped keep the project on track.

The collaboration on this project led to the fostering of an excellent working relationship with the school’s Principal and the Ministry of Education. The client’s satisfaction with the team and their conduct set the stage for future collaborations, reflecting our commitment to delivering quality and building lasting partnerships.
