JSH, or simply Jervois, as it’s affectionately known by its legion of devoted fans, originated on Jervois Road in Auckland when owners Richard Sigley and Chef Simon Gault hatched a plan to launch New Zealand’s first authentic Steak House. From their origins in Central, the team at JSH expanded their prime-cut goodness to Queenstown, opening a new restaurant at the Sofitel Hotel on Duke Street.
Cook Brothers Construction was selected to undertake this amazing fit-out in Queenstown. With expectations around the highest quality Cook Brothers really delivered on this fit-out project complete with top quality joinery, fine finishes, timber floors and brick feature walls and eye-catching steel spiral staircase.
