This two-storey build for one of Christchurch’s largest apartment developers involved the construction of four mid to high-end units on a site that previously housed an earthquake-damaged apartment block.
The timeframe was set for 8 months and demanded strict adherence, as tenants had already been lined up to move in, almost immediately after the planned completion date.
A clever design by Athfield Architects, this build showcases contemporary elements, with a nod to its historical surrounds. Cook Brothers Construction finished the build on time and budget, and to the highest standards. The client was delighted with the outcome.
