Transformation in the heart of Auckland
Cook Brothers Construction was engaged to undertake the fit-out of the Botswana Butchery Restaurant in the Ferry Building in the heart of the Auckland CBD. This large fit-out involved the transformation of a previous run-down restaurant into a high-end restaurant.
We created a high-end fit-out that features plush finishes, bold lampshades, padded leather walls and sofas on the terrace overlooking the Auckland harbour which makes the most of the sensational setting. The result is a restaurant in a prime Auckland location with fantastic décor and ambiance.
Cook Brothers Construction worked closely with the designers and client to create a space which provides a unique dining experience incorporating harbour views through the existing historic archways. By extending the existing mezzanine floors and providing a new central stair to increased the dining occupancy for the tenancy.
