Northlake Reserve

Cook Brothers Construction, together with Winton Partners and our valued trade partners, have recently just made a start on the exciting new recreational reserve in Northlake, Wanaka.

The design by local Architect SA Studios will offer the residents of Northlake a new multi-purpose all-weather court, a basketball half-court, outdoor fitness gym area and plenty of spacious space for other activities. A sealed tarmac pump track is also under construction for those eager bike riders and a sheltered area with water fountains around the reserve. Under the experienced eye of Sullivan Hall Chartered Engineers, Paterson Pitts and Crang Civil, the 3800m2 site is under construction by our Cook Brothers Southern Lakes Team.

This recreational reserve will be an excellent addition for the Northlake residents. Our Sothern Lakes team have made a start on this exciting project with the services and paths currently being installed. Watch this space to see the progress and project come to life!
