Why do we Mo? Simple.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men - and especially in the construction sector. The old adage of men toughing it out, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence has got to go. Movember's mission is to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030 and we want to help them get there. 

Our team is the heart and soul of Cook Brothers Construction and so if we can make a difference to their lives, or that of their families, we will. By starting the conversation about Men's health on our sites, in our offices and in our homes we might just save a life.
