In the current conditions, nothing is more important than having the right people. Cook Brothers are proud to have a dedicated team who have weathered this storm together. It has been a particularly reactive time for anyone in the HR industry, and we are grateful for the hard work of Steph our HR and Recruitment Manager. Steph joined the Cook Brothers family in December looking after the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding and everything in between. 

With her background in psychology and sociology, coupled with her years of experience in the recruitment sector, Stephs love and passion for people grows stronger each day. At Cook Brothers Construction, we are all about our people, so for Steph, this is the perfect fit.  Steph loves the value of teamwork and believes it is the people that make a business successful and has loved coming on board working with the team and our culture.

In her downtime, Steph finds herself going for runs most days and going away up north for her weekends.
