Groundbreak Conference 2022

Cook Brothers have a vision of transforming the industry and cementing ourselves as national leaders, so it brought us great pride to represent New Zealand and Cook Brothers at the Groundbreak Conference this year in New Orleans.

The theme for Groundbreak 22, "where big ideas get together," was echoed in the conversations and connections between businesses separated by oceans but connected in a common goal. Our team found inspiration from industry's thought leaders, gained new insights, heard fresh perspectives, and spoke with other international companies who, like us, are trying to build a better future.

The team returned from the conference with a sense of satisfaction and energy. Standing alongside some of the biggest construction companies in the world, it was evident that Cook Brothers are having the right conversations, driven by sustainability and innovation and are pursuing a more diverse and inclusive industry. The learnings and subsequent collaboration that follow an event such as Groundbreak create a surge of ideas and energy throughout the team.
