About the role

Working as a Labourer for Cook Brothers Construction will give you the opportunity to work on some innovative and diverse projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in the construction industry and is looking to really develop their skills and experience further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out manual tasks as directed in a safe manner
  • Operating machinery, and hand and power tools
  • Work alongside Carpenters and other tradespersons
  • Unloading and setting up/packing down sites
  • Other duties as assigned on site

Skills and Experience:

You are someone who gets in and gets things done, and takes pride in their work, alongside:

  • Having at least 3 years’ experience within the Construction Industry
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • A high level of communication skills
  • A strong understanding and commitment to Zero Harm in the workplace
  • A current New Zealand Drivers License
