Originally formed in Dunedin in 2005, Cook Brothers Construction is a national commercial construction company with regional branches in Auckland, Canterbury, Otago and the Southern Lakes.

Cook Brothers Construction’s first project was a $1.5 million conversion of an early 1900’s building in Dunedin into 8 luxury apartments. This project was managed from a small office in Dunedin, affectionately known as The Tree Hut. 

From these humble beginnings, Cook Brothers Construction excelled. The company has made the Deloitte Fast 50 index of the fastest growing companies in New Zealand three times in the last ten years and holds accreditations in New Zealand’s most recognised organisations including an ACC tertiary qualification, SiteWise Green Certificate and a 5-Star assessment rating with Impact Prequal contractor H&S pre-qualification.

Today, our nationwide presence means we have the capacity to undertake projects throughout much of New Zealand, while still offering the benefits of a quality community focus and One Team approach.
